About Us

Naguilian Memorial Park, Inc. (NMPI) is a privately-owned memorial park established in 2001 to provide families in La Union and neighboring areas with a peaceful, dignified, and affordable place of remembrance.

The company was founded by Engr. Zacarias R. Signey (ZRS), a respected businessman, builder, contractor, and public servant from Naguilian, La Union and Baguio City, Benguet, whose vision was to create a memorial park that would serve generations of families with compassion, integrity, and lasting care.

Under the stewardship of Mrs. Ameya C. Signey, Chairperson of the Board of Directors, and the second generation of the Signey family, NMPI continues the founder’s vision through sound corporate governance, professional management, financial accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

As the company grows, NMPI will evolve from a traditional memorial lot developer into a full-service memorial park, providing memorial properties and lifelong memorial services that honor every life with dignity, compassion, and lasting remembrance
